Those moments

Your experience reflects mine. This is precisely the reason why I stay away from meeting newly married couples. Because eventually they will be made to tell their story. And their story reminded me of mine when Ajith and Prerna were telling how they met at a common friend's house on the day of Holi last year.

As they were telling their story, I could not help but take a ride to the past. This was three years ago. It was about six weeks since I met Samhita for the first time in the park during my morning run. The spirit of holi was in the air to the full extent, I could already find patches of colours in the park while I was waiting for her as I would every day. Gaudy purple and dark green. Pink and orange. I pictured in my mind how the park would look colourful and muddy the next day - the holi day. There were these three girls jogging in the park, and I was staring at them absent-mindedly when Samhita came. Narrowing her eyes yet smiling with them she said "I know what you were doing!" when I was about to give her some reason. I was always good at giving reasons, and she was always good at ignoring them. We slipped into a discussion as we started running. On politics, on music, on philosophy, on little nothings. And like any other day we had our share of arguments and disapprovals and were at peace by the time we finished our run. I loved to see her angry, and made sure to get an opportunity everyday. We said our byes for the day.

As she was walking away, I slowly followed behind her with a handful of gulaal. There was a momentary hesitation as I was not sure how she would react but I had decided to smear pink colour on her face. I was so unsure about what I was doing and I could hear my heart thumping loud. Worried she would turn around listening to that sound, I went ahead quickly. I could feel her soft cheek as I smeared the colour and my heart only thumped louder. For a moment, I wondered if she used Ponds face cream as her soft cheek reminded me of the googly woogly woosh commercial. I could see the anger in her eyes as she turned around. Infact she was very angry and quick to respond. She took the remaining colour powder from my hand and smeared on my face with a cunning smile, and said "So, are we ready for tomorrow?". That smile, I could hear saying to myself I know that smile and a broad smile spread across my face too. Its the moment that make you believe everything cannot be more perfect in the world.

The next morning, we had more company in the park. It was a larger crowd, enthusiastic and colourful. I could feel the spirit of holi in the air. And there she was, ravishing in white kurti and pajamas as she walked into the park. Armed completely with colours and a couple of pichkaris, its a complete contrast from her usual casual pony tail. Her hair was oiled and carefully bunned. She looked different yet elegant, her face glowing in that morning sunlight due to the obvious layer of cream. I was awestruck and froze like a statue looking at her until my vision was blurred due to the colour powder she threw at me as she came closer. As the yellow colour settled, there she was standing right in front of me sporting a cheerful childlike grin. The grin you see on a children's happy faces when their parents boast about the naughty things they do. After a little while I could not believe myself that the original colour of Samhita's dress was white. I could not recall how time passed by while playing with colours in the park that day. You do not observe and analyze when you are at one of the best moments in your life. You just live them and you are seized by those moments that make you forget the world around. And, may be I tried to live the moment with Samhita that day while playing holi!

Even today, it is memories like these which bring a smile on my face even in the times of distress. For our memories are the only wonderland from which no one can ever stop us ruling it.

P.S. Another attempt to continue the story further. Happy Holi everyone!

Motorcycle escapades and life

With wind in your hair,
Experience the bliss with
Power and Freedom

In the past, I've written lots of posts on going in and around Bangalore. Now, every time I see these funky guys on their funky motorcycles in the US, it reminds me how much I miss those good old days! This post is dedicated to Bangalore and the days I had fun exploring Bangalore on my motorcycle. The picture was shot on the way to Devarayanadurga.

Objects in the mirror are closer than they appear! How true with life! The road to impossible is very far and without a sign. But, have a look at it through a mirror of hope. Everything seems a little closer, and the task a little lighter making your life a little brighter!

Impression that wouldn't fade

Frozen Memory
Of her radiant beauty
In that morning shine

They say its a small world, but is it really? Certain memories never fade out, they make an indelible impression on you. Those little chats during morning run time, and those endless discussions about likes and dislikes. Its been more than two years and I still feel the same sense of void. All it needs to figure out the turbulence inside me is one rendezvous, for I'm not sure what it's all about. Samhita!

For the next three months, every morning I would go to that park in Jeevanbheema Nagar. I would also not forget to cross by her house on my way back and from work. Later, I moved from Bangalore to the US. But it isn't easy for me to move on from her thoughts. Every morning I plug-in my iPod, the same one I used while jogging in Bangalore, and start for jogging. But, going on runs doesn't interest me anymore. I just find a chair in the park and get lost in thoughts.

"We can express these meanings in many ways... through art, music... or dance", she said panting while taking small strides in the park area.

I just nodded giving my affirmative smile and said, "Yeah!"

"Mind..... begins.... expectation..."

Not all the words she would speak enter my head, as I used to get lost looking at her expressions and excitement she would show while making a point.

"Interesting"

"By projecting our ideas..............", after a pause she said, "Why don't you something more than that? Are you listening?", giving me that look and smile. Ah! That smile.

That was our last conversation as I remember. She would talk a lot about human mind. May be she studied psychology. Sometimes about music, and I would talk about my guitar classes. She was more the melody types but I think she also followed pop. Definitely an intelligent and confident girl who knows what she wants. Thinking of the petty arguments we had still brings a smile on my face. She would walk away after an argument, only to show up the next day at the usual time. I always suspected that she faked her anger, but never had a chance to ask her.

With increase in the use of Facebook and Orkut, I make it a point to search the word combination "Samhita Sharma" every once in a while only to not find any relevant results. At times the thought of something fateful happening to her also crops up in my head, and that gives me shivers. May be I will come across her soon sometime and get a chance to ask her the reason for turbulence inside me. After all, its a small world. Isn't it?

P.S.: An extension to my fictional work I posted more than two years ago - "One fine day"

My Two plus years at Bangalore!

My experiences at Bangalore had always been my favorite topic to blog about!!!

It all kick started with lavish life at Microsoft Research as a Research Intern! Trips, food, parties, xboxing, games, sports, kick-boxing classes (Thanks to Kentaro for those early morning and/or evening classes) and work as well. I had been to Bheemeshwari Fishing Camp, Ooty and Masinagudi along with the folks out there. All this in just a period of five and half months. I was just overloaded with all that then!

After a short break I was back in Bangalore, as a software engineer! That was like almost no parties, no games, very little fun and more work (most of the weekends as well). According to Murphy "Left to themselves, things tend to go from bad to worse". So had to get back into action - joined guitar classes, planned trips, gave all forms of impossible reasons to skip work on weekends and what not! In this process followed Aamir Khan by adopting the principle "Be A Rebel" and got into a cold war with my Project Lead which lasted for a couple of months - it did show its effect on me which I shouldn't talk about now. ;) Murphy into picture again, he is everywhere - "Everything takes longer than you think". So did my guitar classes, it took me four months to learn playing a few basic chords (I'm still bad at playing them) and yeah I quit taking classes sadly, which I want to continue now.

I had been to various places in and around Bangalore. I had been to Wonder La twice - once with my glasses on and I missed out most of the fun as I had to remove my glasses on all the rides and I missed most of the fun. So, when I went there for the second time I made sure to have my contact lenses. As matter will be damaged in the right proportion of its value, with all the fun I had wearing my contact lenses and enjoying all the rides, I got a sort of irritation in my eyes as well at the end of the day. Big deal! And then, had been to a couple of resorts as part of corporate outings or events. Went on rides to Nandi Hills and Devarayanadurga on motor bikes. I still remember how narrowly we escaped (I was driving and my roomie then was pillion) tripping down from my bike after suddenly coming across a slippery pool of mud. Had also been to Mekedatu. Hmmm, where else did I go?  Had been to those unending gardens of Lalbagh and fascinating Vishweswarayya Science Mueseum. I still remember how happy my dad was while watching some of those little and giant wonders in that museum. I could have been to more but, you see, things don't turn out in the way you want to. Had also set my foot in the kingdom of Mahishasura, you guessed it right Mysore. Had been to that city thrice and also visited ruins of Tippu's palace in Sri Rangapatna apart from other tiny weeny places around that city.

How can I forget sharing my experience of roaming around police station? One fine day, at 5.00 PM my neighbor called me up after my finding the lock of my house broke open!  My roomie lost a brand new DSLR camera and some dollars which was his earning from a recent onsite trip. All in all he lost 90-plus-k INR. Funny that the considerate burglar left the memory card of the camera for us. In pursuit of happiness after that sad experience, we watched "The Pursuit of Happyness" that day and slept late in the night (rather early in the morning :P). Apart from all this, Bangalore gave me a few great friends (who are great guides too)! Miss all the fun and all my friends now!

We all have our time machines. Some take us back, they're called memories. Some take us forward, they're called dreams. The word Dreams make me feel slumbery now! Had travelled enough back in time, now let me catch some sleep and go forward in my time machine

Addition#1 - Realized, very late, that Murphy is everywhere with his laws. Better late than never!
Addition#2 (25th Nov) - Good that I quit my job, I can live longer now.

Bengaluru for Mo-bike Enthusiasts!

Go motor biking and Explore Bengaluru. Its very interesting to find that number of hits to my blog increases as weekend approaches with the increase in the number of motor bike enthusiasts who google for road routes to places around Bengaluru like Nandi Hills, Devarayanadurga, Mekedaatu and so on! This shows the increase in number of people getting enthusiastic about going motor biking everywhere in the city.

But a very few people consider going to the places with in the city. Few of them which I'd been to just before coming back from Bangalore are - Tipu's summer palace located in the City Market area, Vishweswarayya museum located near Cubbon Park and Lalbagh . Tipu's "Abode of Peace" located in the hustle-bustle of KR Market area is definitely a place to watch with the wooden carvings in the durbar area reflecting Islamic style. Everybody must have heard about the Vishweswarayya museum and Lalbagh Gardens but people don't tend to go there. I suggest you these places are worth visiting!

Very few people have a clue about the four watch towers of Bangalore. These four gates were built by Kempegowda of Magadi dynasty marking the ends of the town of Bangalore up to which it was predicted to expand. The South tower is located on top of a hillock inside Lalbagh. The North tower is located inside KG Tower Park near Mekhri circle. The West tower is located in Chamrajpet near Kempebudhi lake. There is a Kali temple near that lake and this West tower is located on a rock behind the Kali temple. The last and the East Tower is located on one end of Ulsoor near the Gurudwara. Exploring all these towers on motor bikes will definitely be loadsa fun!

And for more info about exploring places by having rides on motor bikes, there is lotsa info provided by Prashant in Payaniga.com. Go mo-biking, have fun!

I'm loving it.

Well its my current state, I'm loving all that I'm doing. Coz work wise I'm doing absolutely nothing. *big grin* And fun wise doing lots.

Enjoying the regular gym sessions in the mornings. Its making me a bit organized early-to-rise-early-to-bed kinds. And this Sunday, I participated in a 10km run here in Bangalore. The moment I heard about the event, I made up my mind to participate in it. And lemme tell you, I did the right thing. The energy at Kanteerava Stadium was damn high with Sunfeast hosting this 10Km run. This was my highest distance to run (though trekked 18kms along the banks of River Cauvery on a sunny day in Feb 2006 at Bheemeswari) and took roughly 1 hr 20 mins to finish it, not bad for a beginner I guess. My disastrous performance at the 5.5 Km IT run conducted as a part of Bangalore Midnight marathon last year (lol, I panted like hell after running for a half kilometer) made me motivated to participate a larger distance run with better fitness. We (Srikanth and me) practiced a bit by running 6 kms and 7.5 kms the subsequent day (without any major break in between) on the roads of CV Raman Nagar area, and had real fun on the day running along with people of different age groups and nationalities.

Some other worth mentioning things in the event: the live coverage by CNBC, that helicopter hovering above us to shoot the event, the occassional rides of photographers and camera men on mo-bikes, lotsa people waiting for us and cheering us all the way, those colorful cheerleaders by Mallya saab, all the wonderful fellow female runners, the water that tasted like nectar in the hot sun, those km marks which motivate us to complete the remaining run, and the congratulations after finishing the run.
And a big thanks to all the organizers and Bangalore Police people who made the event much smoother. All in all had lotsa fun, during the main event as well as during the practice runs :)

I love to watch a movie or sleep for hours at work. Today I was really really happy after watching 'There will be Blood' in office. Awesome movie, worth Oscars for the male lead role and the cinematography. Be happy, live long.

Update (23/05/08):
A Big thanks to Mallya Saab for all those wonderful free photos from marathon-photos.com. Otherwise it would cost us around £11.00 to get a download-able copy of each of our pictures. smile

Trip to Mekedaatu - Bad Timing but Great Fun

After much procrastination and many uneventful plans, we (7 of us) had finally been to Mekedaatu (/Mekedatu/Mekadatu) - The Goat's leap.

The Place -
At Mekadaatu, river Cauvery flows in a narrow ravine. Long ago, a goat was believed to leap across this ravine when it was being chased by a hunter and hence the name. But no normal goat can do that distance in a single leap, and there comes the mythologicial significance of this place - the goat that leaped across the Cauvery was believed to be Lord Shiva in disguise. Mekedaatu is around 90 kms from Bangalore. Sangama, the confluence of River Arkavati and River Cauvery, is the nearest place where people can go by vehicles. Depending on the water level, we should either take a coracle or cross Sangama by foot. After crossing Sangama, a 4 km trek or a ride in an antique bus will take you to Mekedaatu with its wonderful antediluvian rock formations and offer you the sight of breath-taking Cauvey flowing with unstoppable force. It is best to visit this place before or after monsoons.

The Plan -
It was mid April and we planned for our trip on one fine Sunday! So as to prevent ourself from becoming a victim of The Scorching Sun, we thought of taking a cab and starting at 7 in the morning. This would help us reach Sangama by 9.30 AM. Then we thought of taking a Coracle ride to cross Sangama and trek the 4 km journey or take the bus service available to reach Mekedaatu by 11.30 AM. Two hours at Mekedaatu will give us ample time to explore every nook and corner, and ofcourse for those kodak moments!!! Starting after lunch will help us reach our home back by 4PM. This is all about our great plan.

The Fall of the Great Plan -
All went well till the night before that Sunday, as we planned for Mekedaatu on that night itself. ;) The cab fellow said a big NO in arranging a cab at 6.30 in the morning and said that he could provide us with one only at 9.00 AM. It was almost 10 AM by the time we started and reached at 12 noon approx! After filling our tummies with the stuff we got there, we rushed to Sangama at 2PM to feel the Sun snickering at us (may be out of excitement that we couldnt avoid Him despite all our plans). It was so dumb of us to expect a high water level for a Coracle ride at Sangama in such a heat. The level was too low and we had to cross it by foot. After crossing, we purchased tickets for a 4-km jumpy bumpy ride in that antique bus service available to reach Mekedaatu. And then at Mekedaatu, we felt the real heat due to all those granite rock. All due to bad timing, planning the trip at wrong time of the year and going there at the wrong time of the day!

The Fun and the Thrill part -
Despite the heat and the cabbie playing the spoilsport, we had real fun there. The not so wide route offered occasional sight of small-lakes, coconut plantations, road-side small villages, farming and bridges which made the drive enjoyable. The view at Mekedaatu is one to cherish for lifetime. The wonderful granite rock formations with mysterious gigantic holes and the mad rush with which Cauvery flows will definitely leave one awestruck. A word of caution to all those who are planning to go there - be careful as its a binary state near that rocky ravine "alive/dead". The force of the flow will hypnotize you to take a dive into it the way historical goat did, with the slippery rocks justifying their role absolutely well in this task will get your colleagues an extra holiday. After heading back from Mekedaatu and the jumpy bumpy return ride (we couldn't even think of a trek due to the hot sun) we reached Sangama where we had loads of fun. We exhibited our swimming skills, slipped while walking on the slippery rocks and what not, had very great time which I couldn't put in words. All followed by the clicks of our cam. Although it didnt turnout the way we had planned, we enjoyed the trip a lot. After all what thrill would it be if everything turns out the way we plan... :)

Directions -
Reach Kanakapura first and then ask for Sangam/Mekadaatu from there. I know this is unfair on my part, but this time we had been on a cab and we really didnt bother about the directions.

Other Attractions which we didn't see -

  • Lord Sangameshwara Temple at Sangam
  • Cauvery Fishing Camp

Better Traffic Conditions for a Better City

With the increasing number of IT companies showing interest to set up their offices in Bangalore and other major cities in India leading to increasing number of people settling in these cities, the need for a better transport is increasing. Around 900 new vehicles make their way to the roads of Bangalore per day and on an average 2 people get killed and 18 get injured in road accidents. This itself talks about the huge need of improving the traffic conditions. But how do we do that?

A painful approach is by increasing the road taxes, parking fees, banning vehicles in certain areas and hours and forcing the people. The other is a much accepted approach by providing efficient alternatives to personal transport - metro rail, more buses and better connectivity to various places. The first approach will definitely be not received positively by the public where as the second one makes it a very costly and time consuming one. Apart from all this, new fly-overs, widening the roads, tagging more roads as one-ways etc will also help in achieving the aim, but the junta can reap the fruits of most of these trees only after a couple of years. And till the fruits are ready to be reaped, they have to struggle hard for their food! I mean, most of these will lead to congestion till they are ready.

The only one way where in we can see significant results without any side effects is by encouraging traffic awareness programs; they help a great deal in achieving a better and safer roads. Though we are all aware of traffic rules, we tend to break the rules. These traffic awareness programs can bring a change in our attitude. What else do we want if these programs make us follow the road rules safely instead of blaming bad roads, bad bus drivers and bad autowallahs for the accidents!!

My 2 cents in spreading the word:
I post this in response to a topic provided by Blogathon India. Its an event where Bloggers discuss their ideas and raise their issues and concerns over certain aspects by posting articles on certain topics provided by organizers of the event. This is followed by discussion by readers commenting on the articles posted by Bloggers. The main aim is to make Cyberspace bring a change in various social aspects.

My Hump

dont freak out by luking at the title of the post, am definitely not gonna blog on what the title really means. :P nor am i gonna write about Black Eye Peas' My Hump, though that makes a really interesting topic because of its lyrics.wink This is about the road humps i face daily on my way from home to office. my home is just 2.5 kms away from office but there are 20 road humps, including the new one which was inaugurated yesterday. This number just considers the official humps and all those official and unofficial craters are not in the count. one will find all the varieties in this subset of bangalore humps superset. There is this one Belly Hunter where i can definitely take off and glide for a while had there been two aerodynamic wings attached to the body of my motor bike. and yes, I also have this rattle therapist where every bone of my body and every part of my bike shake. and some of the Sine Wave humps are under construction. good lord, i take this route around 4 times a day!!

Devarayanadurga On Bikes

Thanks to Payaniga for the wonderful photoshots of Devarayanadurga which made us enthusiastic to conquer that hill fort also, after the successful Nandi Hills trip. With the help of Google and fellow bloggers, we were able to find some info about how to reach that place.

As wiki says -
Devarayanadurga is a hill station near Tumkur in the state of Karnataka in India. The rocky hills are surrounded by forest and the hilltops are dotted with several temples including the Yoganarasimha and the Bhoganarasimha temples and an altitude of 3940 feet.

9th Feb 2008, Saturday:
Started at 4.30 in the morning and made our customary visit to nearest ATM (pockets total empty without any money even for petrol) and petrol bunk. This time the enthusiasts number increased to 7 - myself, laddu, hafeez, satish, compsri, raffi and the last moment entry naresh. And we were on 4 bikes - Pulsar 180, Unicorn 150, Gladiator 125 and Passion Plus 100, a great mix I must say. biggrin

We started sharp at 5AM for NH4 via Yeshwantpur - Peenya - Dasarahalli. We couldnt enjoy the ride on first few kms of NH4, the roads were narrow and dusty with lotsa trucks and buses. The roads got better but our luck went bad as the rain god decided to play a small game with us then. With the increasing downpour we decided to take a break in a petrol bunk when our trip meter started showing 40 kms. We didnt realize that the rain god was snickering at us when we ended our break after the rain stopped. The rain started again - may be a test of determination by the rain god and we succeeded. We dint take any break this time and went straight (rain ended after a short time) till the Toll Booth on the Tumkur road (NH4) and reconfirmed the route to our destination. The revised and nearest target was to reach Dobbaspet Bridge. On the way to Dobbaspet we had few photographs. And then people showed their talents on bikes by reaching 90-110 kmph as per their bikes' capacity. After a tea break at Dobbaspet, we enquired to find 2 different routes to Devarayanadurga.
  • Route 1 - Take a right turn from under Dobbaspet Bridge.
  • Route 2 - Go straight from the Bridge for few kms and take a right turn near Siddaganga Mutt.

We went ahead to take Route 2 - better roads - as per the suggestions of Dobbaspet lokis. But I still am not sure whether we took the actual Route 2 suggested by them or not. We took a right turn from NH4 (dont remember any landmarks on NH4), it was a very small road but a neat one. And on that way to Devarayanadurga, we explored a rocky hill with Jain stupa on top of it. After taking the diversion from NH4, we drove for around 15 kms via Urdegere. Roads were pretty cool, but be careful else you'll end up in sudden surprises (mud pits). It was a 5 kms drive from the foot of the hill to reach the hill top - roads well maintained not too many hair pin bends - where vehicles can be parked. Trip meter: 90 kms.

We had to take steps from the point where we parked our bikes to reach the flat surface on the top of the hill. On the way to hill top, we found one board "View point", a carving of ram-hanuman-Garuda, lakshmi narasimha temple with a pond just opposite to it, a few rock arches, breathtaking views and lotsa monkeys. Through out the way to hill top our cam was making continuous sounds of clicks and whirrs capturing the locations as well as our creative poses. The view from the hill top was awesome - those greeny fields and small water bodies, rocky hills all around, the clouds and the humble appearances of the sun once in a while. Soon did we realize that we weren't still at the peak of the hill. On the peak of the hill there was one stony mantap like structure and a lamp post on a huge rock; and there weren't any steps to reach that place. We crawled, hopped, jumped and finally reached the peak. The feeling was ineffable; the view fantastic. Few more whirrs from the cam and we headed back. On the way down, we thought of visiting the temple but it was closed then (we waited till 10.30AM near the temple, though its supposed to open at 10AM everyday).

At around 11AM we started back on our bikes. Driving downhill was pretty thrilling, but dangerous too. Return drive was pathetic. We travelled more than half the distance without any issues. Later, we saw a crushed motor bike not sure what happened to the driver. After few kms there was a huuuugggee traffic jam and after reaching Yeshwantpur I missed the route and drove extra 10 kms amidst heavy traffic. It was 2.00PM by the time I landed up in CMH road for some food. All in all the bike ride was a success again, and the trip meter showed 170kms. smile

Bike ride to Nandi Hills

Last weekend I went to Nandi Hills along with 3 of my friends (Laddu-Satish-Raffi). Nandi Hills which is 60 kms away from Bangalore is famous as Tippu Sulthan's summer retreat. Its around 1200m above the sea level. Having read many blogs giving positive feedback about watching sunrise from the hill top of Nandi Hills, we planned to be there before the sun rises. With quite a good amount of preparation, checking out various blogs for the route and various other info, we started for Nandi Hills at around 3.30 in the morning. After filling up our wallets with money from ATM and our bikes (Pulsar 180 and Gladiator 125) with petrol, we were in the Old Madras road when the clock stuck 4.00 AM. We went to Hebbal and from there followed the NH7 road to reach Devanahalli.

Though we were protected well in our winter wear, the cold air was harsh enuf to make us shiver. And the air became much more colder as we moved towards Devanahalli, may be the effect of hilly areas. After reaching Devanahalli, we were not sure about the way to Nandi Hills. So we went lil ahead, taking the straight road, to find a shop selling snacks and cigarettes. There we had hot tea and asked him for the route. We then realized that we came lil ahead, so we had to go back a few kms and take a right turn. So the actual route to Nandi Hills is - after reaching Devanahalli go ahead a bit to find a turn on ur left with a board showing "Nandi Hills 26 Kms". If you happen to travel in day light, the board will be quite visible. And through out the ride the ultra cool four laned NH7 roads made our ride smooth, except for one speed breaker which we missed due to very low light in that place and that made our hearts miss a beat. The ride on the ghat roads with cool with all those hair pin bends challenging us. At times I was doubtful whether our bikes will be able to make it or not. But you know, we made it. It was 5.30 AM by the time we reached the hill top. We parked our bikes and stood in the queue to get our entry tickets. At around 6.00 we got our tickets and started moving to the hill peak to view the sunrise.

On the hill top we had fun with all the photographs while waiting for the sun to rise. Though the clouds obstructed us from viewing the sunrise, I must accept its a great feel to see the whole thing from the hill top. We had loadsa fun there with the sceneries and the sun rays, blocked by clouds, refracting and reaching the earth. Be careful with the stray dogs and monkeys on the hill. At around 9 we started back after lotsa photos and phun.

After getting down the hill, we stopped again to have some refreshments and started our ride back to Bangalore. One small wrong diversion in our return way led us to Chikballapur and a round about way to reach Devanahalli. There was this one particular blue colored bus (dint get a chance to capture it in my camera) which made me suffer a lot by blocking my way on the NH7 while coming back to Bangaloresad. All in all its an awesome experience, and the fact that I never got a chance to go even for a short trip along with my dear friends in the past 2 years made this more special for me.

Now am eagerly waiting for our trip to Devarayanadurga which we are planning in 2 weekssmile.
